APR develops and manufactures hardware, software, calibration & data-logging tools for engine and transmission controllers, including intakes, exhaust systems, intercoolers, turbocharger systems, suspension, brake systems, wheels, and more. Product Description: The factory plastic and rubber turbo outlet pipe is a small and restrictive 38mm pipe that has shown to melt, deform, and cause boost leaks under extreme conditions. The APR System remedies this by upgrading the system to a larger 60mm aluminum pipe, along with a new multi-ply fluorosilicone coated turbocharger outlet hose. APR EZ-Flow stepped lip hoses provide a smooth transition from hose to pipe, and the included T-bolt clamps ensure a strong and leak-resistant seal at the pipe. All brackets are TIG-welded for a strong and precise fit, and the pipe is coated black. A protruding lip at the edge of the pipe helps prevent hose slippage. This pipe is a direct fit to the OEM turbocharger and the APR or OEM intercooler hose. APR Recommends upgrading the intercooler hoses as well for maximum performance and reliability. We upgrade the factory plastic with a strong 60mm aluminum pipe. Due to the thin-walled nature of metal vs plastic, we’re able to increase the internal diameter of the pipe to maximize airflow. The MAP sensor mounting point is made from CNC-machined billet-aluminum. All brackets are TIG-welded for a strong and precise fit, and the pipe is coated black. A protruding lip at the edge of the pipe helps prevent hose slippage. This pipe is a direct fit to the APR or OEM throttle body hose, as well as the APR or OEM intercooler hose. APR recommends upgrading the throttle body and intercooler hoses as well for maximum performance and reliability. Please Note: The Turbo Outlet Pipe does not fit with the stock intake system.
